Bread Head Bakery ("we," "us," "our") operates this website to sell baked goods for local pickup and/or delivery. By placing an order, you agree to the following:

• Orders & Payment. All prices are listed in USD and charged at time of order. We reserve the right to limit order quantities or refuse orders at our discretion (e.g., ingredient shortages, scheduling conflicts).
• Product Availability. Items are baked in small batches and may sell out. We'll notify you if something in your order becomes unavailable and offer a substitute or refund for that item.
• Food Safety Disclosure. Bread Head Bakery is a cottage food operation under the Illinois Cottage Food Law. Products are made in a home kitchen that is not inspected by a health department and may process common food allergens. If you have safety concerns, contact your local health department. Products are sold direct-to-consumer only and are not intended for resale.
• Pickup/Delivery. You're responsible for collecting your order at the agreed time and location. See our Shipping Policy for details.
• Intellectual Property. All content on this site (photos, logo, recipes, copy) is the property of Bread Head Bakery and may not be reproduced without permission.
• Limitation of Liability. To the extent permitted by law, Bread Head Bakery is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of this site or consumption of our products, beyond the price paid for the item in question.
• Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
• Changes. We may update these terms as the business grows; the current version will always be posted on this page.
